Bat Muk Yu is a pub and restaurant located in Bassac Lane, Phnom Penh, Cambodia. It offers a lively yet relaxed environment where people can enjoy beer and casual food in a spacious, open setting. The venue is designed for friends and groups seeking a fun, social place to gather, relax, and enjoy a welcoming atmosphere.
The objective was to design a simple, memorable logo that reflects the pub’s beer-focused identity, welcoming atmosphere, and local Khmer culture, while remaining modern and easy to recognize.
The key challenge was keeping the logo simple yet clear, while combining Khmer letters with a beer bottle symbol and ensuring it worked across different uses.
The final logo combines a simple beer bottle with Khmer lettering and orange–green colors, creating a recognizable, flexible design that reflects the pub’s identity.
The advertising focuses on clear visuals and consistent branding to promote Bat Muk Yu’s fun, open, and welcoming pub atmosphere across both digital and physical media.
